Visitor Policy and Fees

All visitors must register at the office and pay POSTED VISITOR FEE BEFORE entering park. Visitors must park in the visitor lot and must exit the resort by 10:00 p.m.

DAY - $5.00 per adult $2.50 per child
Overnight- double the day fee


Check-in and Check-out

Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out is 2:00p.m. Early arrival or late check out will constitute an additional fee. Late check out permission and payment must be obtained in advance from the office since your campsite may be reserved for someone else.


Refund Policy

No refund on a Holiday Weekend.
To obtain a refund for any dates other than Holiday, cancellation must be made at least seven days prior to arrival. A credit will be issued if canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Less than 48 hours will result in forfeit of deposit. All refunds are subject to 20% handling charge. Refunds will not be given due to inclimate weather. Any bill over 30 days due is subject to interest at the rate of 1 1/2 % per month and / or collection costs.

 Registration - Register upon arrival. One family per site. A family consists of two adults and unmarried children under the age of eighteen. Five person limit per site. One car per site. Please have car pass clearly visible at all times.

Speed Limit - 5 m.p.h. All roads are one-way.

Children - All Children must be at their own sites by 10:00 PM. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. The cost of any damage must be paid by the parents. Children under 8 must be escorted by a parent to the restrooms.

Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are between 11pm. And 8 am. All campers are expected to be considerate. All outside lights must be out by midnight.

Boating - Boating rental and equipment is available in the office. No operation of boats without life preservers for each person on the boat. Boating is at your own risk.

Fires and Firewood - Firewood may be purchased at the camp store. Fires are only permitted in the fire rings provided and must not be left unattended. No cutting of any of our trees.

Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not permitted. Please do not hang clothes from vehicles or trailers. Please do not hang any objects from our trees.

Alcohol - Absolutely no disorderly conduct, intoxication, firearms, illegal drugs, or fireworks will be tolerated. Offenders will be told to leave permanently.

Sites - Sites are not to be changed in any way. No cutting of trees, bushes, etc. No building of gardens or walls. NO TENTS! Each site has grey and black water facilities. State law prohibits grey and/or black water or wastes on the ground. We do not guarantee specific site numbers.

Bikes - No bike riding after dark, around security gate, main office, or close to ponds. No skateboards or roller blades may be used on the premises. Children 12 and under must wear a helmet per CT Law. Obey the speed limit.

Garbage - Please place all garbage in our dumpsters. No Bulk Items!

Swimming - Children under 12 years, must be accompanied by an adult at the swimming area. Swimming is at your own risk. No swimming after dark.

Washing - No washing of cars, boats, or trailers. Strongly enforced!

Pets - All pets must be on a leash at all times. You are responsible for all droppings. Keep your pets off others sites. Not everyone is pet friendly. Pets are not allowed in and or around the ponds, playground, or beach. Do not leave your pet unattended. Do not allow your pet to be a disturbance to other campers. Campers must carry the proper equipment needed to clean up after their pets.
